The Midot System is an internet, multilingual application created for reliability and ethical career evaluation of candidates and employees.

Main areas of application:

The Midot System has expanded over the last 17 years, based on trail testing in interdisciplinary clinical criminological teams, employment and business psychiatrists.

The test results are available for those managing the process immediately after the tests are filled. Presently it is only an internet system which does not require special equipment.
